David tenant and Michael Sheen are an acting match made in heaven ❤
The way Michael was looking at him 🥲
Literally made in heaven lmao (Good Omens)
i see what you did there 👀
It's the duo we never knew we needed.
GOOD OMENS PUN YESSSS
"Oh you're a lot older than you think you are."
(and so is David Tennant, apparently xD )
😂😂😂 i spit my whole Drink right He said it😂😂
He's married to the daughter of a Doctor, Peter Davidson.
@@kurtsnyder4752she played Ten's daughter in the episode "The Doctor's Daughter". so effectively, the Doctor had the Doctor's daughter, who played the Doctor's daughter and then married the Doctor and had the Doctor's daughter.
I feel this. 15 years!!!???
"You're a lot older than you think you are", I took that personally - that hurt.
Very painful
True, but.
I'd take it personally, but I'm 2 years older than he is lol!!
He was only joking but i do agree that there is a time and a place
I was born in 2004, so my first years with the doctor was with David Tennant (I was too young during series 1). It was so nice seeing him again in the role.
Me too. My first episode that I can remember is Gridlock from Series 3.
I was born 1980 so I had to wait till 2005 to really start watching Doctor who cause when I was a kid all I remember was black and white boring episodes of doctor who for some strange reason 😂
David has a beautiful accent!
He is so incredibly handsome and charming
I do love a Scottish accent
His English accent is perfect, like actually perfect. Incredible!
Maybe David can slow down just a bit because he's going to be the 14th. Russell? David. As the 14th I'm going to look both ways before I cross the street. I'm a little older and the sneakers? Still need the sneakers.❤❤
@@maggiemccauslin1084me too
It's quite fun that he was inspired by Doctor Who as a kid, because his Doctor would've been Five, who is now his father-in-law
His Doctors were both 4 and 5, with 4 being his most favorite.
His version of the Doctor was heavily influenced by Tom Baker…
Timeywhimey.
This is why when Davison was asked what the best gift he'd got from a fan was, he said "grandchildren".
And his wife is his doctors daughter and she played his daughter
I love the shock 😅 It is crazy 15 years. David David forever our Dr. Who. ❤❤❤
15yrs a long time ...? Hell, I remember when his father-in-law played #5 ...
Really? So his wife is a daughter of DW on screen and irl😊
@@valentynapasak4647 Oh, the absolute hell David got when he married Georgia.
Interviewer: "Did you exclusively look for children of former Doctors?"
David, sarcastically: "Oh, yeah, well it was a very small pool.."
@@valentynapasak4647not only that but they met when she played the Doctors "Daughter" in that episode with the fish people. It's a complicated show...
today I learned that Peter Davison is David Tennant's father in law.
Jaw nearly dropped
I know, Peter Davison was my first Doctor.
From the "old garde", William Hartnell and Peter Davison were my favourites.
The new generation has been great, for the most part. Chris Eccleston, DT, Matt Smith and Peter Capaldi were on point (though it was a bit getting used to Peter's grumpy Doctor, after three high energy, funny, quippy Doctors). I'm sorry to say that Jodie's version never really worked for me. Let's see what the new Doctor brings to the TARDIS.
David actually loves doctor who. Theres a reason every doctor since has asked his advice. He knew EXACTLY how to play the doctor I really appreciate that he is probably a bigger fan of doctor who then most of us.
15 years a die hard fan of David, Matt, and Christopher, in that order for me. I cant believe it. He still looks amazing and I love him so much. Hes so funny. I couldnt breathe when I met him. My brain cells couldnt get air and I was like hi, introduced, myself, my daughter, my mom. Before good omens there was the Volturi wink 😉 a little nipper 😂😂😂😂
15 yrs and he's still the the most beautiful man I've ever seen.
He's so charismatic.
He's a national treasure
WRONG!
Global treasure!
@@zemoxiancame here to say just that
I love how Michael is saying “I was only five” bc I was only five lol
Felt that
I'd had my sixth birthday a week before Christmas Invasion so pretty much same!
I was 1 lol
@@silviasabo962 now I feel old
You want to feel old? That scene in the beginning of Church on Ruby Road is set Christmas Eve 2004!
I just love David Tennant. He is an angel with a beautiful accent.
*"14... why does that ring a bell 14..."*
-10th Doctor Series 3 (2007)
😲
Thats about stars
So of course david was one 😂
Leave it for Doctor Who to foreshadow something years before anyone actually came up with it! Same thing happened with the line of "NO MORE" featured in the 50th!
Which episode was that!? 😲
@@MeddlSchamane "The Shakespeare Code"
Season 3 Episode 2
I just re-watched that episode!!
The best Doctor we had ❤
A genuine legend of British television. I still haven't recovered from the Weeping Angels.
Don’t blink
Return of the king.
he and Matt were so damn good!!!
It started out as Tennant being all middle aged and worried he can't run fast enough anymore. Let's all remember it started out as a self-burn; he just ended up spreading the flames 😂🔥
Very Doctor of him ...
He’s not stopped playing the character at all counting the 50th and the audio dramas
I felt the "you're older than you think you are", that hurts David, that hurts. Just another reminder I am indeed over 40... Ouch
Michael would be a great Doctor.
Brilliant in Prodigal Son.
OMG, I want to see that now. But they need to time it for an anniversary episode so David Tennant can be in it.
You haven't seen the master of sex series .... Michael played the role of a doctor 😅
Very happy to see me and David share the same sense of style when it comes to kicks
OMG!! I have thought: "I'm old!" 😂
Love this man so much. So talented, funny... awesome! The best Doctor! ❤
Wow, David Tennant proving
Dreams DO come true
I love him so much, he's so good in everything he's a part of
I just love his doctor he is the best and 15 years is so unbelievably long I can't understand how this time passed
David Tennet brought new lift to the doctor, one of the greatest doctors of all time!
He was my favorite Dr.❤
Charming as always...😂
The second he opened that Tardis door he was the doctor again. It's effortless.
Hes The Best Doctor 👽🤘
2nd best you young thing. There were Doctors before you were scrolling…
i love his Scottish accent so much
Esp that he does a great English accent w the Dr....perfect accually...✌️✌️✌️
"There's an absurd amount of running!"
-Donna, Doctor's Daughter
Love British sarcastic humour
He's Scottish!
@@martynab8295Still British
@@alicephoenix1212 Sure so does the Welsh or English people, but they all are not the same, neither their character is.
Just don't like they generalization, that's all..
@@martynab8295I think the original comment was talking about all of them, not just David.
@@alicephoenix1212 Noted. Sorry that my comment bothered you that much. 😆 Have a nice day. 😉
David is The Doctor❤
A David Tennant TV channel is an inevitability. I'd sub to that.
Series 1 of modern Doctor Who started a month and a half after I was born. I became a DW fan in the end of 2019. 13th regenerating to 14th is the first regeneration that I'll witness the same year it was released (and I'm honestly so exited about it!). New DW is not so new anymore - I'm as old as it is and I'm already an adult.
“I’m Doctor Who!”
“NOT ANYMORE BABY!”
*my how the turns have tabled*
15 years ago !! Wow . And I remember watching it myself. Think I was 8 years old. 😮
I'm am so glad david back as the doctor really enjoy watching him. Wow 15 has just gone lol hope Chris somehow becomes the doctor again now that will be very interesting 🤔
Someone get her some ice for that burn 🤣
David will never know how his persona & charisma, the truth & warmth he bought to that role that kept my head up in my lowest of times. I had my dark times in school Very dark, suicidal thoughts lingered heavily from them & psychiatrists were seen. I'm still here & I took the punches with much help being inspired from this man & his damage in the role of Doctor Who, nobody is ever always alright & we wear faces to help others. I hope to someday be able to thank him & properly shake his hand as I try to help as many people as I can.
I think you thank him every time you help someone else the way he helped you 🧡 I’m sure he would be flattered and love to hear this & I hope you meet him one day to tell him!
@@LizaBMarie Thank you for this, bad day so seeing this Truly warms me ❤❤ your awesome.
Don't forget to help yourself. Best wishes.
I need David to be my gps voice 😅
How do we make this happen?
@juliefore I have no idea, but it sure would be awesome if it could happen.
David got that suave look and I'm all for it
David tennant was the doctor when i was a kid he was amazing.
Love David Tennant ❤❤❤❤❤❤
52 years young and he could still hit it
My Doctor. ❤❤
It was a lifetime ago since Tennant was our Doctor... he'll be back.
There's so much of David Tennant in The Doctor...I think it will be cake and pie for him to slide back in..
It takes a true fan to make a great Doctor Who! My childhood Doctor was Tom Baker too lol!
The ‘15 years’ felt like a personal attack tbh
the fact that I am 15 and grew up with David as the Doctor-
I really want to see Michael Sheen as The Doctor
Brilliant David
The first Doctor who episode I saw, was David Tenant. I watched one episode and I fell in love with the show ❤
Imagine being inspired by a show that ran for years just to become arguably in pretty much everyones opinion the best doctor
Then getting to be a Doctor #10 and marring a woman who's father was an inspiration in Dr Who and was Doctor #5.
David Tennant is now sufficiently Doctor Who to go in and patch up a flawed run.
That's a compliment of compliments, being Russel T. Davies's best weapon.
I grew up with David Tennent as the doctor. Now here I am in my late 20s and he's back, albeit for a short time.
Shows how much of an impact he made as the character that fans always want him to come back.
I LOVE YOU DAVID TENNANT
I love him because of Doctor Who and my kid loves him because of Duck Tales
Hearing a handful of the doctor who actors saying they were major fans when they were kids makes me so happy. It’s my absolute dream to play the doctor.
Y'know...fifteen years really is quite a long time. But it feels like it was yesterday. Not only that, the pain of his loss is still fresh. Like an open wound...
"I wasn't born" HAHAHA MICHAEL CMON
This man does not age, nature is literally telling him he simply must come back as the Doctor :D
Friggin love them 😂
David Tenant was my favorite Dr Who.
😁👍
He didn't play the doctor. He is the Doctor!!!.
"you're a lot older than you think you are"
He's got that Kilgrave in him 😂😂
It’s now been 18 years since he became the doctor
Yeah I took that as hard as Alex, Tennant out here attacking us 😂😂😂.
Michael was a voice on Doctor Who as House in The Doctors Wife written by Neil Gaiman ❤ love them 🤣🤣🖤🖤
Im just so happy for his life and career. Being a doctor who superfan and then growing up to become the most beloved doctor ever, AND marrying the daughter of another doctor??? Its fairytale stuff and i think hes deserving af, everything ive seen of him makes him seem like a class act. Well done david❤❤
DAVID TENNANT ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I just realized the other day that my son wasn't born until after Tennant as the Doctor.
Holy shit, I just said to myself "it couldn't have been 15 years, because I was a teenager when I was watching it" ... and then realised I'm not actually 23, I'm 30...
Congratulations you are an adult now, still young though so don't get silly about it.
Props to Russel T Davies for bringing him back in an incredible manner and finding a way to keep him around, without keeping him around. As an added bonus it’s a phenomenal way to open the door for other former Doctors returning without it feeling hackneyed or forced.
It still was forced and it doesn't really open the door for other doctors. Only him. It was good to see them back though to tie up the Donna story without everything the 10th Doctor did being tragic.
I remmber i was young and olde when i first saw david tennant. He was amazing in hary potter. Heck all of the shows hes been in are fantastic! Alonsy!
I don't believe it was 15 years ago either. It was last month, I'm sure it was last month! But then, I'm 66 in a couple of weeks and I'm equally sure I was 18 just a few weeks ago...
I'm turning 30 today it's so weird how time passes 🙂↔️
David Tennant. Best Modern Doctor.
There have only been 5 modern doctors so it’s kind of slim pickings, in my opinion however Capaldi is the best
As for me he will always be The Doctor!
15 years !!!!!!!
Still fine as hell
It’s so impressive though because at 53 he runs so fast still and looks very young 😂
I’m
So in love with this man wtf
With his Manic Energy, Michael Sheen would’ve given Tom Baker some competition for Best Doctor.
I just realised that we haven't had a single Welsh Doctor and frankly that surprises me.
Micheal Sheen would be a great choice for a Welsh Doctor.
Michael Sheen should play The Master
Now THAT would be fantastic.
David and michael are a brillant comedian match❤❤
Michael himself would be a brilliant doctor. Then you could have an episode where they coexist and riff off each other 😂
Chris, David, and Matt where my doctors.
One of the great doctors
I love how they blend horror and humor in this! 😂 👏 😍 🤣 🙌!!
For the love of god, make Sheen the doctor after Ncuti. He would be perfect. I absolutely love both of these men.
He will forever be my favorite doctor then Matt Smith
For me it's David and then Tom Baker
He was the absolute best Doctor ever...Matt Smith and Tom Baker are a close 2nd. So awesome! ;-)
Doctor Face 10.... Imparting WISDOM
You still look so amazing 🤩
